I’m a Florida native who calls downtown St. Petersburg home. Lately though, you’re more likely to find me planning my next trip than staying put.
After years of military life putting bucket-list adventures on hold, I’m finally making room for what I love: travel, great food, wellness, and the kind of places that make life more interesting.
Through Sell With Mandy, I share the details that are actually useful: where to eat, what to pack, what’s worth the hype, and what I’d do differently next time. I have a degree in microbiology from the University of South Florida, which probably explains why I research every destination, compare every option, and build itineraries that leave little to chance. I appreciate a beautiful hotel and a memorable meal, but I’m just as interested in historic landmarks, local culture and the stories behind the places I visit.
I’ve also been a military spouse for over 20 years. My husband served more than 23 years on active duty, including three combat tours and one hardship tour, before retiring in 2023. Military life meant frequent moves, long separations, and plans that changed overnight. It taught me to adapt fast and keep going, which turns out to be excellent training for travel too.
When I’m not planning the next trip, you’ll find me at the gym, trying a new restaurant, or soaking up downtown St. Pete.
Sell With Mandy is entering a new chapter. I still work with real estate clients here in St. Pete, but I’m most excited about sharing the travel, food, and lifestyle discoveries ahead.
